COVID-19 event protocols no longer apply, however hand sanitisers will be stationed at all entrance points.

ATM facilities are available at Main Entrance to the show – Standard Bank, FNB and Nedbank

Individual stand holders are entirely responsible for anything that they sell at the Show. We recommend ensuring you get a receipt and the contact details of the company in case of any issues. H&G Expo cannot be held responsible for any problems concerning products bought at the show from third-party companies.
Yes, visitor parking will be available at Centrum across the road from the Durban Exhibition Centre at a cost of R20 per day. Please make sure to use the foot bridge to cross the road from Centrum parking to the venue. Additional parking will be also be available underground at the ICC – find out more information and rates on ICC parking Here 
The Durban Exhibition Centre is suitable for disabled visitors. To find out more about disabled parking and other facilities please email info@hgexpo.co.za 

We will not have child-minding facilities at the show this year,  however there will be plenty to keep the whole family entertained.
All E-tickets are sent to you via email confirmation. You can either print your tickets at home or show them on your smart phone when you arrive at the show. Should you need to your tickets re-sent to you please login to the Howler ticketing site. here and you will be able to re-send them to your registered e-mail account.

Yes, please visit the box office on arrival and they will be able to issue you one.
