You are booking the empty exhibition floor space only.
No walling, carpet/flooring, fascia signage, lighting or electrical plug points are included. Exhibitors selecting this option are responsible for supplying their own stand structure, flooring, lighting and electrical requirements.

Exhibitors selecting Floorspace Only and constructing a custom stand are responsible for meeting all venue, fire, structural and event safety requirements, including:

- Stand drawings/renders must be submitted for fire and safety approval by the required deadline.
- Custom-built/structural stands will require certified structural engineer approval.
- Contractors/stand builders must provide the required OHS Safety File and compliance documentation.
- Electrical installations require a valid Certificate of Compliance (COC).
- Applicable flame-retardant and rigging certification must be supplied.
- All build-up and breakdown personnel must comply with PPE and venue safety requirements.

Full stand-building and safety requirements will be provided in the Exhibitor Manual and are mandatory.
