Visitor parking will be available at Centrum which is located across the road from the Durban Exhibition Centre at a cost of R30 per day. Please make sure to use the foot bridge to cross the road from Centrum parking to the venue. Please pay for your parking ticket at the ticket booth at Centrum Parking.
Additional parking will be also be available underground at the Workshop Parking Complex.
The following ATM facilities are available at the show – Standard Bank and First National Bank.
Please note that show bags are an added value item and not included in the ticket price. One show bag and map will be given out per family on a first come first served basis.
Individual stand holders are entirely responsible for products sold at the Show. We recommend you get a receipt and the contact details of the company in case of any issues or product returns. In the case of a return, you will need to purchase a ticket to enter the Show. H&G Expo cannot be held liable for any defects or problems concerning products bought at the show from third-party companies.

We will not have child-minding facilities at the show this year, however there will be plenty to keep the whole family entertained including the Melissa & Doug play space aimed at children aged 0 – 7 years of age.

Unfortunately the event isn’t pet friendly and pets are not allowed. Guide dogs are however permitted with relevant documentation.
Our event is wheelchair friendly, however please make arrangements to bring your own wheel chair should you need one at the show. We do not have wheelchairs available.
