1. What are the show dates and times?

The show runs from 27 June – 5 July 2026, with daily opening hours from 10am to 9pm (Monday to Saturday) and from 10am to 8pm on Sundays.

2. Where is the event located?

The event takes place at the Durban Exhibition Center – 11 Walnut Rd, Durban Central, Durban. Ample parking is available on-site.

3. How can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online at www.quicket.co.za or via our website www.housegardenshow.co.za or at the entrance on the day.

4. Is there parking at the venue?

Visitor parking will be available at Centrum across the road from the Durban Exhibition Centre at a cost of R30 per day. Overflow parking is available at the ICC and Workshop.

5. Are there ATM facilities at the Show?

Yes, FNB ATM’s will be available at the show. Most exhibitors will also accept a variety of cash-less payment options.

6. Show Bags and Handouts

One show bag and map will be given out per family on a first come first served basis for the first 20 000 visitors.

7. How do I return something I buy at the Show?

Individual stand holders are entirely responsible for products sold at the Show. We recommend you get a receipt and the contact details of the company in case of any issues or product returns. In the case of a return, you will need to purchase a ticket to enter the Show. H&G Expo cannot be held liable for any defects or problems concerning products bought at the show from third-party companies.

8. Is the event suitable for disabled visitors?

The Durban Exhibition Centre is suitable for disabled visitors. Please make arrangements to bring your own wheel chairs should you need one at the show. To find out more about disabled parking and other facilities, please email info@housegardenshow.co.za

9. Are there child minding facilities at the Show?

There are no child-minding facilities at the show this year,  however there will be plenty to keep the whole family entertained including the Melissa & Doug play space at the show entrance aimed at children aged 0 – 7 years of age, as well as an inflatables area in South Plaza.

11. Is the show pet friendly?

Unfortunately the event isn’t pet friendly – guide dogs are however permitted.

12. What can I expect at the show?

Expect inspiring garden displays, lifestyle exhibits, expert talks, live demos, and shopping from top brands.

13. Will there be food and drinks?

Yes, a variety of food vendors and refreshment areas will be available, ready to cater to every tastebud! We also have a Deli section where you can purchase goodies for home consumption.

14. Are there workshops or talks?

Yes, we host daily sessions with gardening and lifestyle experts. Check our socials and website closer to show time to see what events can’t be missed!

15. Is there a programme or schedule available?

Yes, a full schedule of talks, demos, and activities will be available on our website and at the entrance.

16. Are there any ticket discounts available?

Yes, we offer reduced prices if tickets are purchased online, for pensioners and students, and children under 12 years of age get in FREE. Check our website and social media for updates.

17. Can I leave and re-enter the show?

Unfortunately not.

18. What should I bring with me?

Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, reusable shopping bags, and your ticket.
